Our Story
Carlos Nolasco brings more than 20 years of financial services experience to Spartakus Insurance. He began his career with firms such as Fidelity Investments, Citicorp Investment Services, and Bank of America, building a strong foundation in wealth management and long-term risk strategy.
After more than 15 years as an investment advisor, Carlos became independent in 2009, working closely with business owners to design group benefits programs. His fiduciary background continues to shape his approach—focused on protecting business assets and resources and making decisions with a long-term perspective.
In 2017, he expanded into property and casualty insurance and launched Nolasko Insurance, where he developed a practical, hands-on understanding of the risks business owners face—and where traditional insurance approaches often fall short. That experience became the foundation for a more strategic, client-centered model.
Today, Spartakus Insurance represents the next evolution of that work, delivering tailored, business-focused insurance solutions to clients nationwide with an emphasis on clarity, consistency, and proactive guidance.

Based in The Woodlands, TX (north of Houston), Carlos works alongside his wife, Karina, who joined the agency in 2020. Together, they’ve built a relationship-driven firm based on trust, dedicated to long-term client success.
